What’s the deal with 300 San Mateo?

Ever wonder what’s happening with this building? It was sold last year and future efforts are being discussed. The owner’s architecture firm recently contacted Fair West Neighborhood Association and we’ll have a zoom meeting on April 11th, facilitated by the city, to learn more.
The city allows us to submit agenda items so I’d like to collect ideas. To contribute ideas, please post to our forum thread linked below. More meeting details are also in the forum post.
