Fair West Neighborhood Association (FWNA) Annual General Meeting
Please join Fair West Neighbors at our 2023 Annual General Meeting at: ENCHANTMENT DANCING STUDIO, 337 SAN PEDRO DR NE SUNDAY APRIL 30TH AT 1:00 P.M. Come to learn about ways you can become involved in FWNA and about upcoming events in and around the neighborhood!
Agenda :
- Discuss neighborhood affairs, projects, and issues for the next year
- Board officer reports
- Elect a new president to the executive board to replace Sharon Lawson, who has unfortunately had to resign her position. According to the Bylaws Article IV, section 2, Officers are elected to a two-year term, and under Section 5a board of directors shall have first consideration for nomination. Eric Sutton, the current FWNA board member, has been nominated for this position
- Elect five people to the board of directors, in accordance with the Bylaws, Article IV, Section 2, to serve a two-year term. If you are interested in joining the board you may put your hat in the ring at the meeting.
- Meet and greet after the meeting.
